Eric Frost is a seasoned litigation attorney at Villari, Giannone and Matteo He focuses his practice in personal injury cases, and has experience ranging from slip and fall accidents on public properties to motor vehicle and catastrophic personal injury matters. Since he has represented both the plaintiff and defense in personal injury cases, he has a well-rounded approach to handling all aspects of his clients’ cases.
Mr. Frost is a Member of the Bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and previously worked for the Montgomery County District Attorney. He has spent the last 9 years litigating personal injury cases throughout the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including many limited tort cases where the plaintiff was told they do not have a case by the defendant’s insurance company.
Eric was a student at Germantown Academy before attending Boston University, and was awarded a coveted research position with his real property professor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Mr. Frost was the managing partner at a personal injury law firm prior to coming to Villari, Brandes & Giannone. He has been named as a Super Lawyer (Rising Star) in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
Eric Frost knows that no two injury cases are alike, so he remains dedicated to helping each and every client according to their specific needs. He believes that listening is key to a strong attorney-client relationship, and provides every victim with complete answers to their questions in a language they can understand.
